I am currently a student at the University of Warwick, studying Accounting and Finance BSc, and have an excellent academic record from my time at the Royal Grammar School High Wycombe.

I am passionate about education and take pride in helping students achieve their full potential. My teaching style is patient and flexible, tailored to each student's individual needs and learning style. Everyone learns differently, and so I try to create a supportive and inclusive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring new ideas.

In addition to my academic expertise, I have a wide range of hobbies and interests, including playing the piano, tennis, and cycling. I believe that maintaining a healthy body and mind is essential for success. My experience teaching myself to play the piano has also given me a valuable insight into problem-solving and learning strategies, which I share with my students to help them overcome academic challenges.

Structure of lessons is based on finding what needs teaching.

Then testing the student's understanding of the topic already with a practice exam question.

After this, I can better help focus the teaching of theory to ensure the student is taught the key concepts that they are currently missing.

Then, more exam questions to confirm and polish the student's exam technique for the topic(s) at hand.

A 5 minute recap is reserved at the end of lessons to consider any questions that the student may have plus any other information that may need re-emphasising.
