I've been tutoring since 2019, working with students of all ages, abilities, and goals. Over the years, I’ve gained a wealth of experience that helps me tailor each session to fit the student’s needs. I even taught a full online GCSE Science curriculum to get a home schooled student through exams during the lockdown. I enjoyed tutoring so much that it inspired me to pursue a PGCE in Physics at Cambridge University, qualifying as a full-time teacher, working in both state and private schools. That experience deepened my understanding of teaching and learning methods as well as insight into the curriculum and various exam boards. I teach Engineering, Electronics, and Design and Technology and continue to support students with exam prep, coursework, interviews, personal statements, Oxbridge and Imperial applications, and class content review. 

I start by assessing what the student already knows, identifying any gaps in their understanding, and focusing on those areas. We might then work through a problem sheet based on past exam questions, where I can provide guidance on exam technique. I tailor my teaching style to each student, as learning isn’t one-size-fits-all—some learn best with diagrams, others through listening, videos, analogies, or worked examples.
