I have worked in education since 2006 while at university being a tutor at a local secondary school and after completing my degree and PGCE I began working in mainstream schools in Birmingham. I am an Lead Practitioner in my current school as well as being TEEP Level 3 trained with great expertise in teaching and learning. My Masters degree looked at how students learn and the steps that can be taken to improve retrieval of information for assessments. 

Through clear links to the specification as well as worked examples, I like knowing what students know or don't know and check their understanding before building with exam technique. By focusing on recall (AO1), then describe/explain (AO2) and then applying to exam questions through scaffolding (AO3).
