Graduated with 1st class honours in Theoretical Physics and Applied Mathematics and now become a Doctor of Ultracold Atomic Physics.

Qualified as a teacher in 2015 and worked in secondary, religious and grammar schools teaching maths and science with a specialism in A-level Mathematics and Physics. Over 8 years tutoring Maths and Science in 1 to 1 sessions helping with specific topics and groups of student in 11+ exams.

My teaching philosophy is to start with the known to reach the unknown. Maths is a language and so I aim to develop strong foundations so that students can access the more challenging aspects of the curriculum. In addition I can use my Applied Mathematics background to grasp the more abstract concepts by relating them to real world uses.

My belief is that every student can achieve their goals as long as they have a desire to learn along with mentoring required to unlock their potential.
