Hello - I'm Ola.

I am a Cambridge graduate with 4+ years of tutoring experience in GCSE and A-level Maths and Economics, across all exam boards. I also provide personal statement help and interview preparation, especially for Oxbridge applicants. 

Whilst I tutor part time, the application of Maths and Economics is paramount in my full time job as a consultant at the Big4, which makes my lessons far more interesting and allows for these subjects to be understood in greater context.

I am also a national tutor in A level Economics for a high-performing grammar school. I teach 4-5 students in one sitting, namely those struggling with the subject or for those who have learning difficulties.

I would describe my tutoring style as interactive and focused. I ensure that at the beginning of every lesson, the student informs me of a particular topic, sub-topic or question(s) they would like to learn or practice. This way we can tackle the specification, tick off our objectives and ensure academic goals are being met successfully.

It is vital the student collaborates alongside myself as I will be asking questions throughout the lesson to test if the content learned has been retained.
