About Natalie
My name is Natalie and I am a third year Psychology BSc student at the University of Nottingham. I developed a passion for psychology at A-Level and decided to pursue that passion further, hoping to become a clinical psychologist in the future. I thoroughly enjoy my degree, and was chosen to be a peer mentor in the School of Psychology, aiding students in their first year of university. I believe there is so much to love about psychology, and I am keen to share this with more students! I achieved A* in AQA Psychology A-Level.
Tutoring Style
My lessons are a safe and supportive space where students are encouraged to push themselves even if they are unsure. Every new tutee will receive a tailored plan for success which will form the basis for subsequent lessons. Each lesson will begin with a learning objective, followed by a detailed explanation of a concept requested by the tutee. Once understanding of the concept is ensured, I will work through example questions with the tutee to cement their learning. Finally, I will provide further questions for the tutee to complete inbetween lessons, which will be reviewed in the next lesson.
