Hi, my name is Ibrahim and I am a first year dental student at Cardiff University with over 300 hours tutoring experience teaching 11+, KS3, GCSE and A level biology, chemistry and maths. I also have experience with the UCAT and dental admissions process having achieved a score of 3000 Band 2 and securing 2 offer to study dentistry. As someone who has always had a love for the sciences and maths I endeavour to envoke the same feeling in all of my students as this allows for them to not only achieve high scores but also enjoy the learning process.

Everyone has a different learning style and starts at a different level of understanding so there is no one size fits all tutoring style which is why i tailor my approach based on each student, ensuring they can improve as much as possible. Before my lessons start, I review my notes and the specification to make sure I teach my students everything they need to know. During the first part of my tutoring sessions, I go through any areas which my students are particularly struggling with and teach them new areas of the curriculum and in the second part we go through questions allowing them to apply their knowledge and get an understanding of how exam questions are asked.
