I am a highly experienced and dedicated tutor with a Master’s degree in MRes Ecology, Evolution & Conservation from Imperial College London and a BSc in Biology from the University of St Andrews. I have over five years of online tutoring experience, specialising in Biology and Chemistry at GCSE and A Level, and I am familiar with a wide range of exam boards, including AQA, CIE, Edexcel, OCR A, OCR B, and WJEC.

Throughout my tutoring career, I have helped students significantly improve their grades, secure places at their dream universities, and, most importantly, build confidence in themselves and their academic abilities. My approach is tailored to each student’s unique needs, ensuring that complex concepts are made simple and transform learning into an enjoyable experience rather than a chore. 

I take pride in creating a positive environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, tackle challenges, and build their confidence in their subject. Helping students grow in confidence is the most rewarding aspect of what I do, and I strive to make every session engaging and impactful.

My lessons are fully tailored to each student’s individual needs and learning goals. Before each session, we’ll decide together on the topic to be covered, ensuring the lesson is relevant and focused. Typically, I structure lessons to maximise effectiveness: the first half is dedicated to revising key concepts and addressing any weak areas, while the second half is spent practising with past paper questions to build confidence and exam technique.

However, I understand that every student learns differently, so I am always flexible. Whether you prefer a different lesson structure or more time spent on certain areas, my priority is ensuring you leave each session feeling confident, satisfied, and better equipped to tackle your studies.
