Hi, my name's Jake and I recently graduated with a first-class degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Loughborough University. I am now working as a software engineer at a Quant Trading/High Frequency Trading firm in London.

I have over 3 years of maths tutoring experience, focusing on A-Levels and GCSEs. I have delivered over 1000 lessons across various websites to students with class sizes of 1 to 5. 

In my tutoring approach, I emphasise two key aspects: grasping the material and putting it into practice. I work with students to identify concepts that might be challenging for them, and I teach these topics thoroughly using various methods and examples. Afterward, we reinforce this understanding by practicing with exam questions to ensure students know the topic back-to-front.
