Hi! I'm Ibrahim, a medical student at University College London (UCL). My academic journey is deeply rooted in Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics, which are the cornerstones of my degree. I am passionate about these subjects and eager to share my knowledge and enthusiasm with my students. Having over 2 years of experience, my goal as a tutor is to make understanding these subjects more accessable by simplifying some of these complex concepts, helping you build confidence and achieve your academic goals in an engaging way.

Having navigated the rigorous demands of the medicine application process, I understand the challenges it presents. I aim to help aspiring doctors acheive thier dreams through interview practice and personal statement tutoring.

My tutoring style is student-centered, focusing on making complex concepts clear and engaging. I tailor each session to meet individual needs, ensuring that every student receives personalized support. I prioritize building a strong, positive relationship with my students, creating a comfortable learning environment where they feel encouraged to ask questions and actively participate.

I focus on the specification set by the exam boards, using active recall methods and past paper questions to strengthen exam technique. I begin each session with a starter activity that revisits content from the previous lesson, reinforcing learning and ensuring continuity. I also send all lesson material to the student and set homework to further reinforce key concepts.

I provide consistent feedback and set clear goals, helping students track their progress and stay motivated. Additionally, I offer flexible scheduling and am available for support outside of sessions, ensuring students get the help they need when they need it.
