I am a hard working teacher who takes her job home with her. I enagage with each tutee and their needs and set to work quickly to make improvements. I have successfully tutored over 100 tutees in my 10 plus years of tutoring across a range of ages from primary children to adults and built up a solid reputation in my local area. I am delighted you have taken the time to read my bio and I hope I can share my passion for maths with you.   

I build an understanding of tutees' strengths and weaknesses by assessing their approach to questions. From their current knowledge, together, we start building confidence with a mixture of teaching and exam practice, using suitable examples to demonstrate visually, with oral instructions and sometimes with diagrams. I simplify exam questions, break them down and talk through steps to success and move on swiftly when understanding is establised, then set similar homework questions for tutees to practice independently.
