I have been tutoring for over 10 years, during which I have helped hundreds of students through their exams, this experience has lead to me mastering the specifications and syllabus's. I graduated Nottingham University, my degree being Mathematical Physics and from then I have continued to apply myself to my tutoring, using my experience as a self taught mathematician to help hone my methods to be as approachable and easy to understand as possible. I have also helped students sit University entrance exams and some of my students have gone on to study at Oxbridge and some of the best unis in the country. My proudest achievement is helping a student go from a low set to top set setting a record for most sets moved in one year within the school.

My style is relaxed and friendly whilst also being engaging. I talk through each topic and subject carefully and provide worked examples. The learner is free to interrupt and ask as many questions as they need to. My passion for teaching and mathematics comes across with my teaching and I aim to inspire and push my students as far as they can go. After each session I will send a pdf version of the notes through so the learner can spend their time listening rather than copying down.
