Tutoring Style
Billie's tutoring is based on a thorough assessment of a student's strengths and weaknesses as the basis for any future teaching. She has developed transformative personalised 1-2-1 instructions rapidly helping students to grasp what is expected of them in the exam and how to write to gain marks. If you are a student who is constantly underperfoming in 16 mark questions this is the tutor for you. Billie also pays special attention to different levels of explanations students need to grasp the content, simplifying and bringing it to understandable examples. Her motto is : 'You are not examined on what you actually know but on how you have written it in your exam!' Billie uses effective retrieval techniques to help students memorise content. PLEASE NOTE: Billie does not teach statistics remotely (AQA Research Methods Year 2 statistical tests).
